License Agreement for golf clubs to use the Knuth Tournament Point System

In order to use my Knuth Tournament Point System and KTPS trademarks and my tournament point system (even with the use of my trademark) your club requires a license from Dean Knuth to use it.

The terms of this license is that all use by your club inures to my legal benefit; that your club must follow my system in its entirety unless you have my prior written consent to make a change; and that any change if adopted by me in whole or in part becomes part of my system and I will have exclusive rights to it. Further, if requested, I will have the right to review your implementation of my system and your club agrees to assist me in that review.

There is no fee and licenses run to the end of the calendar year and are renewed annually.
